Love it or hate it, your college, school or academy or university is judged by the destination of its leavers at a time when support from organisations is dwindling …

How we can help your students?
Regardless of whether your students choose to go on to university, apply for an apprenticeship or move straight into the workplace, Rosemark International Education can help them with the transition and ensure they make more informed choices moving forward in their education or career. We have also designed sessions to help parents and carers through this process too.

University Choices and Applications

Rosemark International Education are “Old Masters” at preparing students to make informed choices regarding the courses and universities to apply for. We are also extremely experienced in talking to their parents about the many changes in the higher education landscape and, because we are not affiliated to one particular university, you can be assured that we will give students and parents completely unbiased and impartial advice.

Rosemark International Education holds regular  Free Parents’ Advice sessions, one day UCAS Personal Statement Workshops. We are now offering to deliver these tried and tested workshops and advice sessions “in-house” on your behalf, at your institution.

Through “in-house” delivery, at your institution, we can help your students complete their UCAS application forms and help them produce excellent personal statements that truly reflect the skills and attributes UK universities look for. We can help to ensure that their personal statements are not only matched well to the course and universities of their choice containing everything universities look for, but also ensure it stands out from the crowd.

How can Rosemark International Education help your students?

We offer a number of services to schools, colleges and academies to help their students prepare and apply to UK universities:

Free Parents’ Advice Sessions

We offer schools, colleges and academies free, two hour, advice sessions for parents of students in year 12 where we give independent advice on making a successful application to UK universities. Much has changed in the past few years and it is vital parents and guardians understand these changes in order to support students through the process of choosing and then applying to the right university for them.

UCAS Application and Personal Statement Workshops

We can offer one day workshops, delivered on-site, during which students will learn how best to research universities and courses, what universities look for in a UCAS application and will leave at the end of the day with a great first draft personal statement that they will be proud of.

Advice for individual students and parents

Throughout the year, we offer individual appointments to students and their parents or carers to help them prepare to make one of the most important choices of their lives. We can also offer to do this “in-house” whereby the cost of an individual appointment is passed on to the parents. To find out more about this service, what is included and whether you would like to offer it as an on-site service to your students, please feel free  to contact us.

Personal Statement Feedback Service

Once students have written the first draft of their personal statement, they can send it to us via email and receive individual  feedback on how it can be improved.

Preparation for University Boot Camp

Once your students have secured places at University, the hard work starts! We have developed a week-long course that will help your students bridge the gap between school or college and the far greater expectations they will experience as a university student. Your students can either join one of our summer Boot Camps, which happen during the summer holidays, or we can offer to deliver all or part of the preparation course at your school, college or academy, either as an intensive course or one delivered over a number of weeks.

How are we able to do this?

We are privileged to have as part of our team a number of experienced university admissions tutors who know exactly what universities are looking for.  As an independent organisation, our staff will ensure that we are not biased towards any particular university, so your students will get a balanced view of where to apply and what universities look for in an application. We have a team of staff who have been teaching students to do this for years … with great results. As they say, "when you know better, you do better!"  Let us help your students portray themselves in the best way possible.
